What counts as AI work?
One AI task is one discrete operation: classify a product, extract attributes from a PDF, research a specification on the web, write a description. Each completed task is priced individually by the work it involves.
Why not per-SKU pricing?
Per-SKU pricing charges you for inventory, not work. A product that sits unchanged for a year costs nothing with us — you pay when enrichment actually runs on it.
Do we pay for human review?
No. Reviewing, editing, and approving in the product is free. You pay when AI tasks run — including when an operator starts one by hand.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No annual contract is required. We typically start with a scoped pilot on one feed so both sides see real numbers before expanding.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding, feed mapping, and workflow configuration are part of the service.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You receive a full export: products, enriched values, and history. Your catalog is yours.
